Web Developers
Our Web Developers have a hands-on role and work with Account Managers and clients to build and deliver bespoke websites and/or web applications that the client is after within specific timescales, always looking to exceed customer’s expectations.
Our Web Developers are responsible for:
- Building and developing bespoke websites and or web applications that may include content management and e-commerce systems
- Designing requests such as banners, newsletter templates, etc…
- Analysing websites to discover ways of improving or extending functionality
- Attending meetings and creating web development proposals where required
To succeed in this role you need to have the following skills/attributes:
- Proven knowledge/experience of PHP, MySQL, CSS, HTML/XHTML (W3C), JavaScript and jQuery
- Knowledge of Zend or MVC framework
- Ability to use FTP and database management software as well as website/image editing tools such as Dreamweaver and Photoshop
- Must be able to work with other internal departments including effective communication with various internal departments and individuals
- Ability to deliver projects within timescales
