Inbound Business Development Manager required for the generation and development of new business opportunities. The successful candidate will be a consummate and credible sales professional selling a sophisticated service to a wide variety of businesses. The Inbound Business Development Manager role is focussed purely on new business and is suited to people who are ‘sales hungry’ and who can exploit their exceptional sales skills with effective and successful results.

The role of the Inbound Business Development Manager is to convert telephone and web enquiries into sales.  The successful candidate will be a consummate and credible sales professional selling a sophisticated service to a wide variety of businesses. The Inbound Business Development Manager role is focussed purely on converting inbound leads and is suited to people who are ‘sales hungry’ and who can exploit their exceptional sales skills with effective and successful results.

Our Inbound Business Development Managers are responsible for:

  • Identify and understand the needs of each potential client and providing them with a tailor made solution to meet their needs from our range of services including PPC, SEO, Web 

  • Development, Email, Affiliate, Shopping Portals and Online PR 

  • Create client proposals and contracts

  • Maintain contact with client until hand over to the Account Management Team

  • Work with internal departments to achieve the highest level of Client Satisfaction

  • Work towards and achieve agreed targets

  • Maintain the in-house client database

To succeed in this role you will need to have the following skills/attributes:

  • Experience in New Business negotiation

  • Proven consistent track record in sales using a consultative sales approach

  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, Social Media and other online marketing channels (preferred)

  • Self-starter with attention to detail

  • Proactive and driven

  • Team Player

  • Articulate and focussed

  • Professional and confident 

  • Excellent communications skills

  • Positive and enthusiastic
