Account Managers

Our Account Manager role is a genuine Account Manager role where you will manage a portfolio of 30-40 existing customer’s accounts to maximise their performance, there is no cold calling or new business generation involved.

Our Account Managers are responsible for:

  • Monitoring and developing client marketing strategies, renegotiating strategies where needed, and identifying and pitching new beneficial marketing niches to your clients.
  • Delivering monthly reviews of work delivered, writing proposals and meeting presentations, and preparing and negotiating on contract terms. 
  • Meeting and presenting to clients.
  • Analysing data, looking at performance reports, identifying strengths and weaknesses, revising strategies as a result in the interest of continued client performance. 
  • Ensuring that account work is carried out for all elements of the service contract, this involves internal management of the staff delivering the elements of the contract. 
  • Management successful client relationships, building initial rapport for a lasting relationship.

To succeed in this role you will need to have the following skills/attributes:

  • Previous Account Manager experience
  • Customer focused
  • Able to work with technology and analyse data
  • Proven ability to up sell/cross-sell to existing clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication 
  • Ability to work within a team or on own initiative 
  • Drive to meet and exceed targets/timescales 
  • Excellent relationship building skills 
  • Educated to degree level (preferred)
