Online trading means your customers do not come to your shop and do not deal with a sales person behind a counter. Our website is the face you show your clients, it is your shop and your sales people. It is the first thing any potential customer sees and first impressions are critical.

Your website tells visitors who you are, what you have to offer, what type of after sales service you provide and if you are a transparent and openly approachable businessperson. You will be judged on your website; that is how online companies work.
Your website is everything rolled into one and if your visitors become frustrated with a cumbersome website that makes navigation difficult; you have lost the potential sales. Your web design tells visitors if you are overly traditional or if you grow with trends and this is an important factor to anyone who is considering using your services or products.
The quality of your website must fill new visitors with confidence or you will lose future customers. Your website is the tool through which you have to convince your visitors that your company is trustworthy and that you put your customers first.
The bottom line is that there are literally millions of websites on the Internet and you are competing with people offering the same products and services across the globe. You can have the best service or product to offer, but if your website does not show this clearly and is not designed using every tool available to make it attractive to customers, your success will be short-lived.
