Your headline needs to be simply and plain, but it needs to whet a serious appetite in your prospective customer. Your PPC ad essentially has to dangle that carrot in front of your prospects. Learning by example is not stealing.

Go have a look at what other businesses like yours are doing to make their PPC ads work. You can then go back to your own advertisement and spruce it up with techniques you learned. Lastly, you cannot get away from keyword usage. Keywords are going to get you noticed so make sure you are using the right ones. You want the right people to see you, not people who cannot convert to sales.
