Do you have a PPC Friend out there?

September 1st, 2008 by

There many companies who want to establish and prosper online but not many of them succeed. This fact is very disappointing and concerning for a few reasons.
Firstly, the level of failure is the same for both big and small businesses.
Secondary, the new trend in advertising attracts many individuals who have no experience or understanding of how the things work neither in PPC (Pay Per Click) nor Web Design and SEO.
Thirdly, many newly sprung companies charging out of reach management fees for a minimal amount of work carried out and as a result a final campaign performance is quite doubtful.
There was nothing that exiting since the last industrial revolution when many products became available to mass as information and customer reach today. But despite this fact there are many whose trust has been breeched and its not only marketing agencies fault.
Many advertisers are rushing to embrace a new form of business- online marketing- without giving a first thought to how it really should work. It’s like driving a car without driving license.
Without 100% knowing what their own expectations are or what they want to achieve advertisers sign a long term contracts with agencies, which may restrict their business, further growth and development and even lead to bankruptcy.
So what a solution?
As a famous TV program states- try before you buy.
It’s sometimes very hard to decide which agency to employ for PPC, SEO or web design jobs, and as a result free trial or examples of existing work will give a taste of company’s abilities.
Friends are maybe great for time out but are not always the best choice for online marketing. Business and pleasure never mix and if you are unhappy with the performance the friendship will suffer as well.
It is important to ask, research and read before making a decision or signing a contract – it will save time, money and even business. Trust yourself not the other guy, as at the end of the day its your campaign and your money.

Choose right keyword. If you choose your keywords wrong then you will find yourself with a high rate of traffic that generates zero sales.
