Content Is King

Despite what some practitioners may claim, Internet marketing has never been an easy or exact science. At Click Consult, we’re well aware of the importance of every aspect of the techniques and technology available to attract visitors to your site.
There was a time when it seemed like all you needed to get good search engine rankings was the right choice of keywords in the right place. Things have moved on though, and although it’s still important to make effective use of keywords that reflect what your potential visitors are looking for, there’s more to it than that.
Today, what’s happening away from your web site is just as important. Nowadays, attracting links from other sites is a great consideration, and the emergence of marketing within social media has made this sector the main source of those links.
A good SEO copywriter also needs to be a good marketing copywriter, who can tune in to the demands of their target audience. The same factors that compel someone to buy a particular product can be the ones that compel them to link to your site. If the viewer benefits by enjoying interesting content, they’ll want to share that content with others.
Therefore, any marketing copywriter worth their salt has to have the ability to deliver web page content that invites visitors to link to, and share with, their peers. They need the well tuned skills to optimise every page they write so it’s attractive to the search engines, and they need to be able to write the page content that turns visitors into buyers.
