It is important to make sure that when preparing an online press release then it should be well prepared and capture what you intend to portray to the public. One way of doing this is, as we encourage at Click Consult, is by posting a well written press release online.

A well written press release is like a magnet pulling traffic in its direction and one of the obvious results that comes with increased traffic is that it encourages top ranking on search sites such as Google News, Yahoo News, MSN News and other popular search engines.

There then develops a cycle, as an increase in the ranking would see an increase in traffic towards the site which also feeds on the ranking. This process goes on and on. It is also very possible to make use of online press releases as a method to provide relevant information to your target audience.

It is also important to note that online press releases allow you to generate awareness about your products or services amongst news users, as well as targeting existing customers to inform them about any new product, service or event in your organization.

Product knowledge starts from this awareness and after tasting the product, the customer will be hooked as a result of the awareness and may also bear testimony to others.
